Standard model of knowledge representation

摘要:

Knowledge representation is the core of artificial intelligence research. Knowledge representation methods include predicate logic, semantic network, computer programming language, database, mathematical model, graphics language, natural language, etc. To establish the intrinsic link between various knowledge representation methods, a unified knowledge representation model is necessary. According to ontology, system theory, and control theory, a standard model of knowledge representation that reflects the change of the objective world is proposed. The model is composed of input, processing, and output. This knowledge representation method is not a contradiction to the traditional knowledge representation method. It can express knowledge in terms of multivariate and multidimensional. It can also express process knowledge, and at the same time, it has a strong ability to solve problems. In addition, the standard model of knowledge representation provides a way to solve problems of non-precision and inconsistent knowledge.

ZnO nanorefrigerant in R152a refrigeration system for energy conservation and green environment

In this paper the reliability and performance of a vapour compression refrigeration system with ZnO nanoparticles in the working fluid was investigated experimentally. Nanorefrigerant was synthesized on the basis of the concept of the nanofluids, which was prepared by mixing ZnO nanoparticles with R152a refrigerant. The conventional refrigerant R134a has a global warming potential (GWP) of 1300 whereas R152a has a significant reduced value of GWP of 140 only. An experimental test rig is designed and fabricated indigenously in the laboratory to carry out the investigations. ZnO nanoparticles with refrigerant mixture were used in HFC R152a refrigeration system. The system performance with nanoparticles was then investigated. The concentration of nano ZnO ranges in the order of 0.1% v, 0.3% v and 0.5%v with particle size of 50 nm and 150 g of R152a was charged and tests were conducted. The compressor suction pressure, discharge pressure and evaporator temperature were measured. The results indicated that ZnO nanorefrigerant works normally and safely in the system. The ZnO nanoparticle concentration is an important factor considered for heat transfer enhancement in the refrigeration system. The performance of the system was significantly improved with 21% less energy consumption when 0.5%v ZnO-R152a refrigerant. Both the suction pressure and discharge pressure were lowered by 10.5% when nanorefrigerant was used. The evaporator temperature was reduced by 6% with the use of nanorefrigerant. Hence ZnO nanoparticles could be used in refrigeration system to considerably reduce energy consumption. The usage of R152a with zero ozone depleting potential (ODP) and very less GWP and thus provides a green and clean environment. The complete experimental results and their analysis are reported in the main paper.

A comprehensive evaluation system of die quality, a multiplayer hierarchical amendment index system according to the characteristics of cold stamping die production, an evaluation standard referring to the technique and design rules of dies, and a scientific evaluation by using the multiplayer hierarchical and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods are presented in this paper. The applications show that the system can be used to evaluate the die quality objectively, fairly, and reasonably.

The Construction of a Green Transportation System of China

摘要: Since the 21st century, the transportation industry in China has achieved rapid growth with a significant increase in the transport capacity; however the development has also greatly impacted the energy saving & environmental conservation. This paper takes into account non-commercial vehicles such as private cars in the statistics of energy consumption and pollution of Chinese transportation system. This method extends on previous methods which solely include commercial vehicles in these statistics. Based on more comprehensive quantitative data, it reviews the progress in the energy saving and environmental conservation efforts by the Chinese transportation industry and points out that the rapid increase of energy consumption and pollution emission and the deterioration of traffic congestion are prominent problems in the development of the Chinese transport industry. The main reasons for theses problems include the unbalanced development of different transport modes, the irrational layout of integrated transport hubs, the inadequate law, regulations and standards, and the use of suboptimal technology. Based on these findings, this paper proposes several goals for the construction of a green transportation system in China including the establishment of a transportation management system, the improvement of transportation energy efficiency, the control of environmental pollution and the alleviating of urban traffic congestion. Additionally, it points out that in order to build a green transportation system in China, multiple aspects should be enhanced, i.e., the formulation of traffic planning, the optimization of transport structure, the development of urban public transport, improvement of integrated hubs, administration of energy saving and environmental conservation, development of intelligent transportation systems, technical innovations, etc..

Process Planning Support System for Green Manufacturing and its application

摘要: Owing to a lack of practical methods and software tools in the existing researches on green manufacturing (GM), process planning support system for green manufacturing (GMPPSS) was developed to deal with the problems in optimization of environment-benign process planning. The GMPPSS consisted mainly of three function modules and related model repositories including: selection of process elements, optimization of process courses, and evaluation of process projects for GM. The database of the GMPPSS was used to provide plentiful information on resources consumption and environmental impact in manufacturing processes, which consisted of process attribute database, inventory database, machine database, tool database, and the cutting fluid database. Raw materials, secondary material consumption, energy consumption, and environment impacts of process planning were optimized to improve the green attribute of process planning of parts with the supports of the databases and model repositories. The gear processing in the machining tool factory was presented to verify the system s applicability.

Research on the ecological compensation standard of the basin pollution control project based on evolutionary

摘要: Ecological compensation is a new resource and environment management model. As one of the main areas for implementing ecological compensation policies, basin ecological compensation has become an important measure for encouraging basin pollution control projects and improving the quality of regional economic development. By applying the basic game analysis of evolutionary game theory and building an evolutionary game model with a “reward–punishment” mechanism, this paper compares the interest-related decision-making behaviors of the upstream and downstream stakeholders of basin ecological compensation. By using data on the water quality of Xiangjiang River Basin, this paper calculates the rewards and penalties in different intervals by building a parametric regression mathematical model and employing the local linear regression method. Results show that a decline in water quality should be fined RMB 925500 yuan, an improvement in water quality should be awarded RMB 1227800 yuan, and a deteriorating water quality should be severely fined RMB 5087600 yuan.

阐述ISO14000标准与国有企业可持续发展的关系。企业按ISO14000建立环境管理体系是企业可持续发展的重要方面,具有战略意义。企业施行ISO14000标准的效能显著,但目前实行ISO14000的企业相对较少。分析了企业施行ISO14000标准存在的困难,提出了建立环境管理体系的几点建议。

摘要:

作为新型电力系统重要组成部分的电化学储能,是解决可再生能源高比例消纳的重要手段、促成“源网荷储”协调运 行的关键装置;电化学储能技术作为新型储能的主流技术、未来能源绿色低碳转型的核心技术,在诸多方面仍待深入发展才 能适应储能规模快速增长、储能系统更为复杂带来的挑战。本文从电源侧、电网侧、用户储能侧出发,分析了电化学储能发 展的需求背景,系统梳理了电化学储能技术在战略布局、关键材料、结构设计等方面的研究进展;在阐明电化学储能技术发 展趋势的基础上,辨识了产品规格不统一、检测平台不完善、理论与实践不贯通、应用成本不理想等制约发展的关键问题。 研究认为,高性能、高安全性、低成本的关键材料,储能器件结构优化及评价,储能系统多能互补及智能化设计,电化学储 能商业化应用模式是后续重点发展方向,需要强化试点示范应用、制定行业标准体系、完善基础设施建设、培育储能人才团 队,以保障电化学储能技术及产业高质量发展。

The Exploration and Practice of the Development of Green Eco-Urban Areas in Guangzhou International Financial

摘要: Active exploration has been carried out to determine a pattern for developing green eco-urban areas in the Starting Area of Guangzhou International Financial City with an emphasis on the core role of comprehensive green arrangement. By comparing and analyzing existing research, development of green technologies at home and abroad, and indicator systems of green urban areas of similar sizes, the builders developed a green ecological indicator system. They proposed a new concept called “district-level indicator” in order to emphasize the importance of classifying indicators according to different project situations. By verifying the indicators for all land parcels and assessing future costs and efficiency, experience accumulated in this project can be beneficial for future green eco-urban area development projects.

本文就构建秦巴山脉地区绿色循环发展政策体系进行了全面深入的研究。研究对象涉及秦巴山脉地区陕西、河南、湖北、四川、甘肃、重庆五省一市,研究目的是为了构建支撑秦巴山脉地区可持续发展的绿色循环发展政策体系。通过与五省一市政府部门座谈、赴有关县(区、市)企业和农村实地考察,学习中央和省市政府出台的相关文件,对现有政策实施情况进行了深入分析,最后提出了构建秦巴山脉地区绿色循环发展政策的体系框架、基本思路和若干建议。

绿色铁路客站评价标准研究

摘要:

通过对国家政策导向、行业发展需求和国内外绿色建筑评价体系的调研,以第三代绿色建筑评价体系为基础,研究建立了一套完整的适用于不同气候区和各种规模客站的绿色铁路客站评价标准。这一标准的完成丰富了我国绿色建筑评价标准体系,填补了国内外绿色铁路客站领域评价标准的空白,将对促进我国铁路系统的绿色建筑发展起到重要推动作用。
